After being denied or found NOT to be disabled, I asked 3 friends if they knew of a law firm that handled Social Security Disability cases. All 3 said Dugan & Associates. (One of them had been a legal Secretary temp for Dugan & Associates) I am SO glad I took their advise. Everyone I interacted with in the office was warm, friendly and very professional. They always returned my emails and phone calls. Marty was my go to guy and Mitch actually represented me at my hearing. It took almost 3 years, in total; but, Dugan & Associates got me a final decision of "Fully Favorable." I would definitely recommend this legal firm to anyone needing representation with Disability claims.

Nothing explained

Our early 20 yearold son has a rare medical condition and is unable to care for himself. We have been fight with social security for years. Dugan and Associates listened, provided support and fought for our son. They won and even assisted in getting back pay for when he was a minor. We are are so happy with our experience and support.
