I would definitely recommend Dugan and Associates to any one that has been denied a workers compensation claim. They were always available to answer any of my questions, and showed up on time to all scheduled hearings. I am truly grateful to have had Mitch and his team on my side when my employer's insurance company was treating me like dirt.

When I contacted Mitch Dugan's office about needing a lawyer for my workman's compensation case he immediately sent a investigater to my house...
