We had an amazing experience with Samir Sarna at Worgul, Sarna and Ness. Samir represented our son on a matter in juvenile court. EDIT: sue them! Small claims court in their jurisdiction has a $12,000 limit. My scenario doesn't apply, but yours might. If they wronged you, it's maybe $200 to take them to court. You'll get a court date within a month or so. All the local govt people are exceptionally helpful. You got this! Anyhow, I'll update once I do all the filing and get my verdict. Don't forget to also file a complaint with the local bar association on Grant St. If you win, and you probably will, they have only 30 days to remit. If they fail, you have an LEO show up to their office to take their possessions. Be strong! I paid them $3500 to help me file paperwork. I was lied to and gaslit for 9 months. I finally had enough and decided to take things into my own hands. I reached out to the govt and got a response in an hour or two that it was never submitted. I can't believe it's easier to deal directly with the government who were friendly, professional, and competent than with someone I paid an exorbitant amount of money for an hour of time.
