They charged me $1500 and sent an inexperienced attorney with me to a preliminary hearing and he did a sad job. I’d of been better off with a public defender. Just for when Mike comes to respond to my review and try to justify their actions, my last name is Fant and my hearing was 02/23/2024. The attorney they sent me with was so inexperienced, he asked the judge if he could record the proceeding on his phone (for his own personal review) at the beginning of my hearing. He never objected as they continued to refer to an unconfirmed substance as Fentanyl, which I’ve never seen in my life. I could’ve saved my $1500 for the $50,000 bond they set that day as a result of the very poor attorney work.

First time I was charged with anything so hiring a lawyer and learning the process was all new to me. But Samir made sure I knew all the steps I needed to take to get my case dismissed and my record clean.

I had never interacted with a lawyer before, and Mr. Sarna made the entire experience easy and efficient. He laid everything out very clear and easy to understand. This made the process go smoothly and took a lot of pressure off me.

Don't waste your money on these so called attorneys!! Without a doubt they are the worst group of lawyers I've hired. Very unprofessional. Trust me you'll be throwing your money away hiring them.

I retained Samir and it is easily noticed he has a passion for his work, and care for his clients. Samir ALWAYS returns phone calls and replies to texts. Furthermore, I’m unsure of how he does it, but it seems he has the inside connections to make things happen within the court/legal system, and I sincerely appreciate his efforts. Thank you Samir :)

I spoke with attorney worgul initially and a couple times after I retained him and throughout the time I was waiting for my case to be heard. He assured me from the beginning that he could get charges dismissed. I had a different attorney ((partner) during my hearing. Attorney Sarna represented me. He was able to get the charges dismissed pending taking a class and paying a small amt of restitution. I was pleased that details of my dismissal were worked out before I even got there

Mike eased my concerns in a calm and respectful way. Listened to all things I had to say and considered all corner cases of my case. Would recommend to anyone

I agree with Michelle K. from about 3 months ago. Her review is very similar to what happened with my husband's case. Another lawyer was sent instead of the original lawyer I spoke with and I get it, that is typical. But he was completely unfamiliar with our case when he arrived. We explained our situation and told him that we wanted to fight the charges and get it dropped in the prelim because the charges were ridiculous. All he did was go back and forth and try to get us to plea out. We had to reschedule the prelim twice because nobody was on the same page. Our lawyer did not TRY to help us and just wanted to get the hell out of there and I could see it on his face, in his words, and his overall demeanor. I felt robbed of $1500 for him to just act as an errand boy instead of a lawyer. So we contacted the main firm and were met with hostility and condescension when we questioned the lawyer's qualifications and attention to our case. MOST OF ALL...trying to get an answer from this firm about anything took FOREVER. I should not have to make multiple phone calls to get an answer. It also seemed like our lawyer didn't really even remember our case when we talked about it. It just really seemed like a waste. A waste of money and a waste of time. We ended up having to pay restitution, which was infuriating because we knew the "victim" aka - POS you know who you are - was a liar and we would not give in to his requests for more money. The lawyer was just a messenger boy. All I really want is a refund.
