Samir is the man. I was facing a gun charge and the DA was trying to give me a plea deal of 3-4 years of probation while also having the gun charge on my background forever and losing all gun rights on a first offense! But Samir told me to take it to TRIAL and I did and I couldn’t have been more happier. He was so professional kept me in touch with the case the whole time and made sure I was taken care of and always answered my calls. Not only was he there for me thru out the whole thing but because of him the judge found me NOT GUILTY on all charges!! Samir is your guy definitely refer everyone to him!!!

Wasted $1500 on this firm. I thought Ness was going to be representing my fiance at his preliminary hearing.Another member of the firm showed up and pretty much sat there and did nothing to get any charges dismissed. As a matter of fact he didn’t even object to the 2 more charges that the DA added right then and there! And the DA sat and swayed the officer’s answer after the officer clearly stated that he did not feel that my fiance resisted arrest! Our lawyer just sat , said nothing and the 2 charges were added!The “victim” was at the prelim and changed his story from his original affidavit! Our lawyer probably at best asked him 5 questions! What a HUGE disappointment from a top 10 Pittsburgh law firm!! Eventually Ness contacted us and recommended my fiance to just take the plea. I said absolutely not! He will not plead guilty because he is innocent!! Then he said well, we can take his case for $12,000!!!!! No thank you!!! Why waste anymore money when your lawyer wants him to take a plea. Do not want a lawyer that doesn’t believe in my fiance!!!
