Michael Highland provided the best experience that someone could hope for considering the circumstances. The process of filing a worker's comp claim is incredibly stressful, and employers do not always make it a priority, so I called Michael at the beginning of the process and I'm glad I did. After weeks of delays from my employer all it took was mentioning that he represented me to get things moving. Navigating the whole situation was more manageable knowing that he was in my corner, explaining what reasonable expectations were, and speaking on my behalf when necessary. Now that my case is over I am extremely glad I moved forward with KK&O and benefited from their experience from the beginning of my claim to end of the case.
