I worked several years for the same employer as a home care RN and both of my hands were injured from overuse. I did my research and decided on KKO and I could not be more happier about my choice. My claim was a two year process which involved four surgeries, independent medical exams, depositions, mediations, hearings and returning to work on light duty in a near-hostile environment. Within 3 months, I began receiving weekly WC paychecks thanks to the attorneys at KKO. Todd McCoy, Esq., was assigned to my case and he was a Godsend! He had several decades of legal and WC experience and was familiar with the opposing attorney and judges in the circuit. Todd supported me every step of the way. He had an answer to all my questions and gave me the ability to make informed decisions.
