I do not know where my family would be without Rob over the past year and a half. Our first experience with Rob was when it became necessary for my mother to become a court appointed guardian of my father who was having memory issues. Rob assisted us through this process and then the tedious Medicaid application. He guided our family through this and the placement of my father in a facility. Rob’s foresight to establish a second guardian was a godsend when my mother was killed in a car accident. When I called Rob to ask him what to do, he calmed me down. He said to get through the funeral process and then we would sort it out. I had no idea how to proceed to be my father’s guardian or the executor of my mom’s estate. Rob and his associates were always helpful and a phone call away. In fact, Rob has a great sense of humor and made me feel better on numerous occasions. They never made me feel bad if I had to ask a question twice and guided me on the items I needed to complete. It was overwhelming and Rob understood what I needed. Rob also handled the sale of my family home. He and Kathy were there to help sort out all the requirements, necessary reviews and paperwork and the subsequent inheritance tax submission as well. Rob will be there if I need to place my father back on Medicaid. I’ve already recommended his services to a family friend and would do this to anyone who requires elder law services.

Kevin Frankel, of Frankel Estate Planning and Elder Law, helped with the set up and settling of my uncle's estate. From the first phone consultation, it was clear that the correct choice had been made. He initially did a zoom conference, and followed up with an in-person appointment. Mr. Frankel was empathetic, and thorough, ensuring that he had a complete understanding of my uncle's wishes, prior to creating an estate plan, detailing how my uncle wanted things to be handled, during the remainder of his life, and upon his demise. He drafted all the applicable paperwork, and was available to answer any questions whenever he was called. When my uncle passed, he stepped in and set up an Estate Account, at a local bank of my choice, upon my request. He handled all of the running around, associated with handling someone's estate (bill paying, taxes etc;). This was a lot of stress taken off of me. Mr. Frankel is not only professional, he is personable. He takes pride in getting things done correctly and timely. I found him very easy to talk to, and he made me feel comfortable, as if I were speaking with a friend. I am thankful to have had him helping me finalize my uncle's affairs, and I would recommend his company to anyone needing estate planning.

Kevin was a godsend during what was one of the most difficult times of my life following the loss of my mother. He was professional and most importantly patient with me throughout the process of settling her estate. I needed an attorney about will a few months ago. I browsed on google many attorney and I found his information online. I requested an appointment and he responded quickly . We had virtual conversation more than an hour. He is very friendly, responsive and professional. He met with us and finished all paperworks easily. I recommended if you need any estate questions.
