It is first important to note that both my wife and myself had been delaying this estate planning process for years. Perhaps the pandemic brought everything into perspective, and with it we fully realized the absolute fragility of life. Upon our decision to move forward with the will preparation, power of attorney etc., being retired I took on the formidable task of finding the lawyer who could best address our needs. After exploring several firms, and after my initial conversation with Attorney Frankel, I recognized immediately that we had the right person for the job. Mr. Frankel absolutely lived up to our expectations and beyond. I learned so much from an online seminar called "7 Threats to Your Family's Security" by Kevin Frankel. Afterwards, Kevin did a great job with my estate planning documents. They read exactly the way I wanted them to read. Kevin was very caring and listened to what I needed and had many good suggestions for planning. I feel very confident that "things" will happen exactly the way I want them to. Kevin also had an amazing suggestion about what to do before I sold my dad's house and was very helpful with some deed work that had to happen before the sale which ended up saving us tens of thousands of dollars.
