Attorney Leake was the criminal attorney for my son. He guided us through the process, keeping us up to date as well as answering any questions . He negotiated a plea agreement that was favorable. The charges were very serious!I believe he is the best in his field! After the sentencing he had another case on the docket however he made time to call and ask if we understood the decision and i truly appreciated that.

In October, my daughter was incarcerated in Somerset County Jail for a holding violation and few outstanding warrants that she had not taken care of in Philadelphia. While in jail, she was actually referred by inmates to David Leake. Being new residents of Philadelphia and to Pennsylvania in general, and having never hired a defense attorney, we were petrified. David Leake worked very hard with me on my case he would make sure I knew everything I need led to know. He went above and beyond to be there for me and help me feel good about my case and strong. I went into the court room with strong hope and good vibes from David being so kind and being there by my side threw it all. I will recommend him to anyone and defiantly go back if I ever need an attorney again. He knew exactly what to do and how to handle things without hesitation. I have had some attorneys I went to who only cared about money and wouldn't even listen to what I had to say, David on the other hand listened gave me his opinion and didn't doubt what I had to say!!!
