No sugar coating. David knows his law. I hired him for two different matters and he let me know the best route to take. He also left me know other options as well cause it was my choice what to do. I'm going to him now on. He looks out for you like family.

David was very knowledgeable with the domestic divorce laws and handled everything. He was able to greatly reduce the amount of money that I had to pay. I hired attorney David Leake, for a DUI case,He was very knowledgeable and very professional. He returned phone calls quickly,and answered all my questions. I consulted Attorney Leak because of concerns about firearms law and possible loss of my carry permit after a dui. I couldn't have made a better choice! I just left my final court appearance,David Leake was my attorney on a criminal aggravated assault case.he answered every question I had at any time,he would return my phone calls very fast and was very friendly to my family.long story short I walked in court expecting to do jail time and walked out with nothing,no probation,no time at ALL behind bars since day one of the case that lasted just under a year.

Attorney Leake is by far the most effective and personable lawyer in the Somerset/Cambria county area in my opinion. He worked hard on my custody case and always kept in constant communication. I told him my concerns and my ideal outcome, and he made it happen, while also being realistic about other possible outcomes. I would definitely recommend attorney Leake!
