Mike is a great guy. He's 100% upfront with you and I recommend him to the fullest. Not only did he have my charges dropped, but he was truthful to me all through the process. I was recommend to Mike by a family member. With this being my first time in trouble and needing a lawyer, I was very nervous bout what was to come. Mike made me well very comfortable from the very first meeting and he assured me that he would fight for me as if I was his own child and he did just that. Through out the whole process, Mike was very professional and was always available 24/7. I was charged with a felony, a misdemeanor and two citations totaling 4 counts. Mike came up with a strategic strategy of how he wanted to attack the charged and I had all the confidence in the world that he was the right man for the job. Going to battle with a man like Mike who know the DA's and judges is an ultimate advantage. I provided Mike will all the tools needed to fight my case and he did the rest. After conversations with the DA, the felony, the misdemeanor and one of the citations were dropped. I pleaded guilty to one citation with came with a fine but no jail time, no probation and nothing permanent on my record. Mike Dicindio was recommended to us by our daughter’s arresting officer when I (half) jokingly asked if he knew of a good lawyer. The officer said Mr. Dicindio “is a good guy - an up and coming attorney who used to be with the DA’s office.” Mike treated our daughter with patience and respect while explaining her options and the legal procedures each step of the way.
