With everything going on in the world today, legal issues only make it so much worse. Michael DiCindio didn’t let any of those issues affect his ability to represent me. Open, caring, and honest he explains everything in detail that you actually get to “overstand” the situation if that makes sense. He absolutely worked my case as if I was the only one that he had to represent. Dealing with lawyers in the past, there was always the notion that you were just a number. It wasn’t like that at all with Michael DiCindio, he stated that I can call him at anytime with any concerns or questions and actually really mean anytime. The amount of detail and structure he put into my case was amazing and even with my fears of outcomes he went over them in complete detail and explored different avenues. While doing all of that he explains the best possible things for you to do for the case and things that may help you personally. Long story short he was able to get the best possible outcome for me which was an option that wasn’t even on the table. I honestly will tell you hands down that Michael DiCindio is the Lawyer that you want representing you.

Patient, respectful and always available, Mike treated my son with the same urgency, care, and personal attention that he would afford a member of his own family. I hate lawyers, they’re usually all trash but Mike is the only exception. He’s the best lawyer I’ve ever in my life had, and he’s the ONLY lawyer who I felt like actually cared about my case and me and the outcome. We don’t agree about everything, but I don’t pay him to agree with me, I pay him for his expertise - which is extensive. He always makes himself available to me, even when I call him at inconvenient times like at 7pm on Saturday night (but don’t do that to him, because he has a family lol, and knowing him, he’ll answer). He honestly works way harder than I pay him, and he’s the first lawyer i could ever say that about (And I’m paying him a lot, but he still honestly has earned more). But yeah, he’s highly intelligent, competent, and he’s aptly moderate - he’s not overly conservative or timid, but he always doesn’t make recklessly radical moves. He knows when to take calculated risks. I hate all the reasons I’ve had to work with Mike (serious criminal cases) but when my dad asked me if I was sure DiCindio was the right guy, I said “definitely”. After working with him for a year, I knew he was the only person fit for my defense.

I contacted Mr. DiCindio in February of 2021 after getting into some trouble for the first time in my adult life. I was worried and didn't know where to turn. I had reached out to a number of attorneys without yielding a response. I located Mr. DiCindio via google and submitted an inquiry online. Requested a call at 4 pm on a Sunday. At exactly 4 pm on Sunday, Mr. DiCindio reached out to discuss my case. From the moment I began speaking with Mr. DiCindio, I knew I was in good hands. He thoroughly explained my charges and went the extra mile to make sure I understood everything pertaining to my case. After my initial call with Mr. DiCindio, I felt very confident and retained his services. From that point forward we were in regular communication forming a plan to tackle my case. Mr. DiCindio was very transparent throughout the entire case process and worked with me to remedy all parties involved with my case - all the while providing me with much-needed peace of mind. I was able to take care of everything required prior to my court date. Mr, DiCindio successfully got my charges withdrawn without cost and I was able to move on with my life. Mike is the best person to have by your side if you ever need legal help as he not only cares about his clients but he is incredibly experienced and professional! He's fighting for you every step of the way and keeping you informed and you'll always know you have someone you can trust in your corner during what can be a scary process with much unknown.

My son had a 2nd DUI charge at barely 21 (1st one ARD) Mike encouraged all the actions my son would need to do to help benefit his case but also help benefit his life; when future drug charges happened Mike kept fighting for my son with honest feedback but caring and experienced steps and resolved these matters favorably - ALWAYS accessible, calling back, and answering questions!
