I first phoned mike on a saturday afternoon, and thankfully he answered the call. i could even hear a baby crying in the background, no less! for the entirety of my case and even months following, i never once doubted mike's dedication. he is extremely knowledgeable in all facets of law, a genuine person who cares, and made himself available on any day/at any time. the guy must not sleep! unknowingly, mike helped give me the confidence for our eventual victory. make a wise choice for yourself--call dicindio law, llc.

There are an endless number of words I could select when it comes to describing Mike, but one word simply does not do him justice. In what turned out to be a "high profile" in the media sense of a case for us both, Mike never wavered in the fight for me. Mike recognized the demise in something going on with me further greater than me committing a crime. Respectfully involving my family to ensure I received the necessary care is something we will never be able to repay him for. He advocated for me even though the odds, mostly due to my own acting out during the process could have caused a much different outcome than the one he fought for. Mike will never tell you what you want to hear during any of the processes because that is not what anyone facing criminal charges needs to hear. He will tell you several potential outcomes based on his personal experience in both prosecuting and defense. It is obvious he takes his time to read and research the facts and develops different action plans to develop an appropriate strategy. While not only intelligent he is humble and will never admit he is the one who saved my life and shaped the trajectory of my future for not only myself but my children. The place I am three years later is spearheaded by Mike's stoic fight for appropriate accountability and his belief in humankind. He is fantastic with his communication both in email and phone calls. I still remember the day when I met Mike and somehow felt the trust that he would 100% get us out of the situation which my family and me going through. He never disappointed us and fought for us like family. Attorney DiCindio did not disappoint. His knowledge of the law, local police, and relationships with the judges and DA were of utmost importance in helping reduce my charges. Hello. If you need the best of the best, Mike is your guy. Extremely knowledgeable re the letter of the law and also has a great knowledge base re the Judges and DA's in Chester County. He represented me with a complex 2nd DUI - where I could have faced 90 days in prison. Mike's statement to the sentencing judge on my behalf - swayed the court and I got a much, much reduced sentence. Always available by phone, gets right back to you and actually CARES about you, your case and your freedom as much as you do. This is a rare quality in my opinion. Just as good as it gets - period. Mike was with me every step of the way and got my charges as time served when it was 9-12 months under their guidelines. Mike was phenomenal for me in my case. I came in with multiple charges including resisting arrest and came out with just a few summary charges. He was extremely relatable throughout the process, communicated extremely well and I could tell he was devoted to me and my case as much as he could.
