Attorney Ayers has been a dream come true for my custody case. Having gone through several other lawyers to get to her, I could not be happier. She represents me fully, is honest with me about expectations, fully discloses the court process/proceedings in an extremely timely manner, and is extremely fair in her fees. I have never had to chase her around to get answers on an issue, she communicates clearly and effectively, and her staff sends my documents/paperwork over as soon as they get them. The office seems to run very smoothly. Outside of those things, Penny has truly gone above and beyond to help me to navigate this system I am unfortunately in, and has done so with empathy and understanding, holding my hand when I need it…bolstering me up when I need it, explaining every step of the process to me, respecting my right to know all of the info and be a part of every decision made. She is not only an amazingly adept attorney, but a kind and caring person as well. I am so very glad I found her.

I have never been in trouble before this was my first time! I was so nervous and anxious before speaking with attorney Schefter! He assured me that everything was going to be fine and he would be there through the whole process! He did just that, and made the process so easy! When I was looking for a attorney for my second DUI case I picked Attorney Robert Schefter based on his great reviews. I am so glad I did. Robert was honest from the start with what would probably happen in court with my DUI Case which I very much appreciated and he was right! He thoroughly went over every single thing through the whole process so I knew what was happening especially before we went in the court room for my Sentencing.He also answered all my questions and called me back so that helped Through the whole process.Robert Schefter seemed very knowledgeable and Organized about DUI cases. Robert also seemed to really care for me as a person and seemed to bring up any concerns I had in court to the judge if he thought it was Necessary! Mr. Schefter Secretary Josie was always so sweet and always had him get back to me with any concerns. I would highly Recommend him to anyone close to me.
