I feel very fortunate to have Paul as my attorney. I had no idea of the complexity of the processes of probate, estate trusts etc. He set out a game plan step by step and has stayed on top of everything to a T. The process and requirements was explained in terms that made complete sense. His expertise has made a very difficult time a little bit easier for me. We are fully satisfied with the process and outcome of our estate planning with Paul. We chose him based on his expertise in trusts and estates law. You do not want a part-timer whose practice is mostly in criminal defense or real estate for your estate planning. From start to finish this took us less than a month for a process of moderate complexity.. Most of this was done remotely, by Zoom and phone. Paul is available and communicative. This year I finally prioritized planning my estate and that of my parents. I sought out Pablo Palomino because he is bilingual and because of his volunteer work. I wanted to support someone who supports our community. I anticipated the process to be daunting but Pablo, and his highly skilled team, did a great job of painlessly walking me through a comprehensive plan, proactively researching and correcting some abnormalities on my property title, and delivering a full package including a revocable living trust, will, power of attorney, health directive and more. We brought in my parents the following week and Pablo and team made them feel very welcome and they left feeling a great sense of relief that their house was now in order.
I recommend Pablo and his Legacy team for their customer service, competency and final product. Their price was fair, their offices are right off the freeway with plenty of parking. Come as you are.

Seeing what happened to a relative needing a rehab facility made us realize we needed an elder law attorney's advice for our immediate family.
Mr. Bryant handled our trust with the utmost professionalism. He carefully listened to our concerns and shared various ideas on handling the trust. We hired Kellen’s firm to apply for Medicaid for Mom to receive long term care in a nursing home. We were given “ homework “ before our first meeting, which helped us to begin collecting the necessary paperwork. For example, we had to go the courthouse to obtain certified legal documents.
When a loved one is slightly over the cap in income, qualifying for Medicaid can be daunting. Kellen’s firm saved us from completing the lengthy and tedious Medicaid form and from making costly mistakes in qualifying for this benefit.
The first consultation with Kellen was eye-opening. He busted many Medicaid myths! I also watched the pertinent videos on the website. We should have come to him a couple of years ago when Mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.
Kellen and his paralegal specialist, Christian, made the process understandable with handouts and flowcharts. They were familiar with the staff of the nursing home we selected, and kept us apprised of the application status.

This is the first time I felt like I was wrongly accused so I lawyered up. Nate is a rockstar and though all odds were against me, he somehow found a way for me not to do a day in jail. If I had to hire him again or refer him to a friend, there is no doubt in my mind that he couldn’t handle it. Best part is that he is straight to the point. Oh and side note, this guy is a giant.

Hello everyone, all thanks to PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST long story short, a divorce during covid really hampered my credit. I went from the mid-700s to the 500s. I’ve been trying to work hard to get it built back up and have recently got as high as 660 on some bureaus. I recently sent dispute letters for a few items and two of them caused my score for Equifax to drop significantly. It was so disheartening. My first dispute was with Ally Financial. Last year, I had a lot of building up in one month, so I requested a payment extension for them for that month. They agreed to give me one so long as I would pay an extension fee by a due date that they’ve given. I absolutely did that right away and paid what they asked of me. However, by the time everything got processed, it was considered a late payment for that month, which is what I was trying NOT to do. I’ve called their customer service, and they said there’s nothing they could do to remove it because that would be reporting an inaccurate credit report. I tried to dispute it with a letter and once they received it and investigated it, my score dropped 19 points from them. I also had issues with Discover bank. I had a charge off that occurred in 2021. My credit reports have always shown a past due balance, even though it’s charge off, and stupidly I listen to a lot of internet videos, saying that you could dispute past due balance on charge offs because they are not accurate. When I did that, I got an update on my Equifax saying that the scriptures were added to my Discover account and it showed my score dropping 39 points. I didn’t understand or know how I could go about fixing my credit. I read about PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST on QUORA and CK and informed me, I contacted them after reading some testimonies about them, they raised my credit score to 802 and deleted all negative items on my credit report within 6 days. At some point in your life you will most likely need a lawyer's services and where do you go searching - the internet of course as most of us don't want share our need with friends/family so that's where the confusing part begins - who to select, who to trust, who can we afford, do we really need them. Some of us will see that big attorney commercial and call and become a billable number - been there done that before as well. Who do you think is paying for that commercial and big office and big staff - you are!

Mr. Ealley is truly a life saver. He walked me step to step over my Chapter 13. We were involved in a very contentious probate case as Legal Guardians. Our grandson is a child with significant special needs. His parents were unwilling to admit their son has disabilities, and insisted to court that we had made them up to try and limit parent visitations. The parents attempted to have our Guardianship revoked. Mr. Jeremiah Raxter did six things extraordinarily well for us: kept us on an even keel when we were reeling, gave rock solid legal advice that kept us on firm footing, did the research necessary for us to feel confident in front of the judge, was on top of it strategy-wise, helped us understand rationale for every step. Most importantly, Mr Raxter's strategy in the courtroom led to the parents agreeing to withdraw their petition to have the guardianship revoked. He then helped
negotiate a deal for us with the parents' attorney to gradually increase visitations based on parents' participation in our grandson's treatment and in his education.

I was told by my financial advisor the trust my husband and I held needed to be changed since he had passed. I read other reviews about Jeffrey and he was close by. As a revision, I believed it was easier, but he took the time both prior to revising and then during the signing of the final document to explain why there was more to it than a name change. I’ve been to estate planning seminars held by legal firms, and the pricing was the same. I felt more comfortable with a local person and not a big firm where I wouldn’t know who I was really working with.
Jeffrey was quick to respond with any questions I sent via email, and I had clear directions on what I needed to do post-signing. I appreciated the estate binder supplied at the end.

I have had several wills completed in the past by attorneys that really had not a clue what they were doing. I felt as though I needed to have it ironclad because I had a special situation where I didn’t want certain people that may have had a legal right to my Estate that we set up a trust and Andrea made sure that the trust was protected and that distribution it would only go to my one and only charity. A couple years later, of course life changes things around. I needed to make a major revision, so my trustee has all the information she needs to process the trust. After reading everything over it was done beautifully and I feel now I don’t have to worry about where the trust will be distributed. it’s a total relief something I don’t want to worry about as I’m getting up in the years. I would highly recommend Andrea and her staff to anyone that wants an ironclad agreement and done so professionally.

My father and I made an appointment with Marjorie to discuss preparing a will and trust. Marjorie and her staff were all very professional, warm and very nice. They treated my father respectfully and explained everything very simply and to the point.
