I had a good experience with Anton and his associate attorney Emilia. I would recommend this firm. Anton is very smart and fights for his clients. He came up with a very good strategy to defend me. The firm was financially reasonable but, most importantly, they took the time for me, took my case seriously, and treated me with kindness and respect. I have been through a terrible legal ordeal and Anton gave me peace of mind and advocated successfully for my rights throughout. I have had very disappointing experiences with other attorneys in the past. So I can truly say: When one finds a good attorney it is simply golden. Highly recommended.

Kim Leding helped our family with the Conservatorship of my Sister. My sister has special needs and is not able to navigate everyday life on her own. We met with Kim who came highly recommended and she did NOT disappoint. She was so patient and kind with all of us. Maria Chiodi helped us through a long and drawn out refinancing ordeal. My wife and I are grateful for this stroke of luck to have had her on our side. A previous lender never filed a satisfaction of mortgage from a previous loan and Maria made numerous phone calls on our behalf and sat through long durations of being on hold. When the loan company failed to produce the documents on time (several months into the refinance process), Maria found a work around that allowed us to move forward with the refinance and avoid losing the interest rate. At the closing, she informed us that we need to continue to obtain the satisfaction of mortgage so it doesn't hold up future loans. Anyhow, months later now as my wife and I started thinking about how we'll go about the process, to our amazement, the document showed up in the mail. I e-mailed the news to Maria and come to find out, she had continued to contact the lender after the closing and we have her to thank for taking on the work for us. Her knowledge, experience and professionalism was much appreciated and I happily rate her and Mitchell Pollack and Associates 5 stars.

My $16k judgment against a defendant was just sitting. David was referred to me by another company that is in the same business as I am. David quickly surmised the situation and started in on collecting our judgment. The defendant was quite reluctant to pay which did not deter David. He had the sheriff visit the defendant to collect! Over the past 35 years, Mr. Fuchs has demonstrated to be one of the few attorneys I have dealt with that is truly honest and trustworthy. His knowledge in law is exceptional and his wit is helpful even in the courtroom. Mr. Fuchs and I have won two major jury cases together against very large attorney firms. I have witnessed John's experience in legal complaints, responses, court motions and witness examinations. His skill in depositions is better than any movie skit a Hollywood writer could create. Being a Plaintiff in LA Superior Court and a Defendant in San Diego Federal court against the largest firm in SD, John beat up the two attorneys winning by unanimous jury decision and 11-1 in LA case. John helped me defeat a preferred shareholder attempts to take over my large business.
