It being my first time going to court I was unsure of what to expect but Mr. Barrett explained the process thoroughly and discussed what the foreseeable outcomes could be. So a little bit about me....... I am a Licensed Practical Nurse who is currently finishing up my last two semesters of Nursing School to become a Registered Nurse. Unfortunately a few months ago, I ended up in a bad situation where I made one of the biggest mistakes of my life and got pulled over and got charged with a DUI, and driving with a suspended license, which I did not know that it was suspended. My situation was also very complex. I was scared and did not know what was going to happen to me because obviously this was a serious issue. I had went on the internet looking for legal representation because there was a possibility that I could have faced jail time among other things. I came across Mr. Barrett's website, and had reached out and set up a consultation with him. I told him my whole situation and expressed how I could not afford to have any of this on my record, as I am in the healthcare profession, and I especially could not afford to do any jail time, as I also have a child. At the time, I felt like my life was over and everything that I had worked so hard for in life was going to go down the drain all because I had made one bad choice on that given night. Mr. Barrett was extremely empathetic towards my situation and immediately came up with a game plan that day. He pretty much took care of everything, was very professional and helped me out tremendously! I had to go back to court a few times, he was always there, made sure that he pulled me aside before even entering the court room and told me everything that was going to happen and what to expect. He definitely alleviated most of my fears, as I had never been in a situation like this before. In the end, he had gotten all of my charges dropped, so my record is now clear. I can now graduate school and take my state boards without a problem, because had those charges still been on my record, I would not have been able to. I absolutely recommend Mr. Barrett's services 100%, he honestly went over and above for me and my my situation and I honestly appreciate everything that he has done for me.

Not only did he get my case resolved with a dismissal, he went above and beyond and got me an expungement without me even requesting it.
