John Calcagni is by far one the best lawyers that I have ever had the chance to employ. From the start, John was extremely compassionate towards my concerns and multiple cases. He took time to speak with not only me but my entire family. The communication was always easy. Whenever I needed to speak with him, he always was there to answer and guide me through the next step. From beginning to end, John was an amazing lawyer for me. He and is partner worked hand in hand to spare me from receiving the jail sentence that the prosecutor though I deserved for my assault, larceny and breaking and entering charges. They worked with me, my relatives, fiancé, employers and treating providers to prepare a mitigation packet about my background for employment, education, counseling and substance abuse treatment. With this information, they persuaded the judge and prosecutor to resolve my case in a manner that did not involve jail. This allowed me to save my career and continue with my sobriety. I was first referred to John Grasso by my family court attorney, and she said "if I had to put my life in someone's hands in this criminal matter I would call John Grasso he is the best". That couldn't have been more true. I called John Grasso and hired him. John and his team were great from the start they took time to meet with not only me my whole family to talk about what he may or may not be able to do and he was very considerate to them and I. Attorney John Grasso helped me and my family through an extremely tough couple of months. I had gotten myself into a pretty serious situation. As a young adult just turning the age of 19, I had made some very terrible, irrational , and short sighted decisions involving another individual through social media and the internet. Attorney Calcagni is a tremendous lawyer, hands down. I had a very involved federal case that John took over after a previous lawyer gave me the run-around, and John really came through. He devotes a great deal of time to ensure his clients know the status of everything constantly, and is always available to answer questions. When you have a serious case, the 'what-if' scenarios can plague you - John helps you see the path and explains the playing field to you, and it really helps.
