When I was notified that I would be involuntarily disenrolled from the U.S. Army ROTC Program, I was unsure of the steps that I should (and could) take to defend myself. I don't want to put much detail about my case online, but basically it was a serious case involving drugs and a gun. I was referred to John by a family friend. Allow me to tell you a story in which I wish I was never involved. My partner and I entered into a business transaction involving the purchase and agreement to sell back a piece of real estate.
