Rusty Hardin was exceptional and generous with his staff and resources during the time he spent on my deceased husband's estate. It was an extremely complicated matter with alot of grief and emotional distress for me and my daughter. Rusty and his associates faced it all head on with legal patience and expertise. Unfortunately the "Enron" case occurred during the probate which took all his attention and the case was transferred. He and his staff handled the initiation of suits with phenominal patience both with me and transfering of the matter.

Zachary represented me through an appeal and then a modification hearing. All along the way he consulted with me about the process, the steps we were going to take and what to expect - both the good and the possible bad. Zachary was well prepared on both occasions and even though we lost our initial appeal it didn't deter him from pushing forward on to the next step which we finally won. I would highly recommend Zachary for being efficient, thorough and tenacious in his representation of your case.

I had a criminal and civil cases for a car accident because I was charged with driving with a suspended license and I rear-ended the other car. I wanted to avoid jail time, and Attorney In-Chul Sohn negotiated a deal on the first court date (Class B) for just a small fine. I was very happy. He also took care of the threat of a lawsuit from the other driver. Actually, I received a traffic ticket, too, for that accident, and Attorney Sohn arranged for a small fine. So, he took care of 2 criminal charges and 1 civil case with very little I paid in fine. I was extremely happy with the way Attorney Sohn took care of all the problems.

Craig was my warrior in court! Having to deal with court is a scary situation to be in and not knowing what can/ will happen is worse. Craig was patient, answered all of my questions and was upfront and honest about my case - something I truly appreciated! He stayed the course and fought for my right to have my weapon back after it was confiscated by the police. I was never made to feel as though I was a burden, Craig treated with respect and decency. Mr. Cummings went above and beyond and without his help, I simply would not be a free man today. He would be the first defense attorney that would come to mind if anyone needed me to recommend one. He truly cared about me and my case and did whatever he possibly could to fight for me. He also is a prompt and good communicator, traits I found lacking in most attorneys. Atty. MK Campbell represented me on Charges of a DWI, DWLS, Poss of Cocaine, Poss of Controlled Substance and Poss of Paraphernalia. Also, 2 felony violations of probation.
I feel SO absolutely GRATEFUL to MK! From day one, she was straightforward and transparent with me. I hired Stephen Hall to represent me in a speeding ticket issue in Fairfax County. He was expertly familiar and prepared to assist with this issue, largely due to his prior experience and familiarity with Fairfax County Judges and Police Officers. i had an amazing experience with Brent . He knows everything for you as an immigrant and always do all the steps you supposed to do in a perfect way . always reply emails fast and with fully answers for all the questions you have for him . it is absolutely worth the money i would choose him again every time i have to choose i got my green card without needing an immigration interview all due to Brent hard work with me. i was hesitate about the price at first but i am so glad i chose Brent and did not follow my hesitation so if you guys confused about the price it is absolutely worth it and very awardable.
