Chris is a very professional,and a Great lawyer. From the first day I met him. He made me feel like everything was going to be ok. I was in a very stressful situation. I had a very hard case, I had six felony charges. One was a PBL followed by F2 and F3. He talked to my mom who is out of state. He made her feel very comfortable, and treated her with respect. He didn't make her feel like it was all about money. He was very thorough. He have respectable legal fees. He's not hard to get in touch with, he communicate very well with me. I Hired Chris Several Years ago before the Pandemic for $500 for a Violation of Probation Charge and He Told Me I would only have to do 2 days. What A LIAR He Was!!! I had to do 3 Days, Harris and Harris Doesn't even have an Office anymore!!! I Would Have Only Got 7 Days to do and Could have kept my money!!! Beware of Criminal Lawyers!!!!!!!

Joe Flood is an exceptional criminal defense lawyer. I recently used his services to defend myself against a criminal drug charge, and I could not have been more pleased with the results. Initially, he spent three plus hours calling the jail to get in contact with me in the middle of the night. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and offered knowledgeable advice. He was very organized and kept me informed of every step of the process. He always answered my phone calls/texts and handled all the details of the case very professionally. Mitch Polay really delivers, I had a recent gun case in which the Judge had increased my bond from 1k to 85k and 24 hour lockdown at home, I was unable to work, go to the store nothing. Mitch was able to get me off the ankle monitor completely even got them to allow me to travel freely in and out the country on 4 felonies. Everything he said to me was always factual, he really was a man of his word. The D.A. Had mentioned I scored out to a mandatory prison sentence of 2 yrs minimum. Mitch worked tirelessly and around the clock staying in touch with me every step of the way. I still dont know how he did it but all my charges were reduced to misdemeanors and I was let off with one year probation, he assured and reassured me several times he would do what’s best for me and he absolutely overdelivered. Through the years he became not my lawyer that I hired But a great friend and mentor in many aspects of my life. He is a well respected and a true professional. Jerry did a magnificent job of defending my DUI case, which could have been MUCH worse without his assistance. I got arrested for my second DUI just short of ten years after my first offense, and my blood alcohol level was about 0.15—nearly double the legal limit of 0.08. This meant that I was facing added legal enhancements that usually require mandatory jail time. Jerry is a former Deputy District Attorney who has handled a wide range of legal cases, so he started attacking my case from several directions. He discovered, for example, that I was taking medications that can cause people to become dizzy and faint when consuming alcohol, a fact that would have enhanced my DUI symptoms. He also located an expert witness who estimated that my blood alcohol level was considerably less than 0.15, a fact that helped mitigate the worst enhancement. Jerry has many connections throughout the legal system, so he presented his collected evidence to the court. As a result, the second enhancement was dropped, and I pled “no contest” to a single charge as if it were my first DUI offense. I also paid a fine, served community service, and received unsupervised probation, but I served no jail time. Jerry came to my rescue in a big way, and he can come to your rescue as well. The days after my DUI left me hopeless and ashamed. The day I chose Mr. Cauble changed that. While being totally professional and knowledgeable, he understood my situation and provided me hope and reassurance. Any chance I get to endorse Darin Gardner, I will. As I said, in my case, I dealt with 4 separate attorneys before getting any real results. He set my case on the most direct path to the courtroom, where the others just seemed to want to run up bills. His level of preparation is second to none, and we got the outcome he wanted.

I retained Brian during a time of extreme duress. My son ( who has a mental illness)was charged with some outrageously over inflated and serious crimes. I spent days researching legal resources and read up on legal statutesI had no idea if my son's rights were being violated. He was locked up without bail and his court appointed attorney was just shrugging his shoulders and asking for continuances. Brian took over and immediately began to change the course of disaster. He was amazing and continues to help us clean up the legal entanglements that we have been in because of my sons mental illness. Brian met with him, explained what was happening in terms he could understand. I completely TRUST him to pay attention and continue to fight for Jared's legal rights to live a decent life, free from criminal charges caused by my calls for help for a section 12 Police to the Hospital. I was referred to Mr. Tamburino by a friend of the family who is also a lawyer. Mr. Tamburino was one of the most efficient and responsive lawyers I got in touch with during my indictment. He was very personable and very friendly. He did not promise something he did not deliver. His services were not the most expensive, I would say he was in the middle of the different quotes received, which was good because a lawyer is very expensive regardless. I was thankful that he was somewhat flexible with payment. He handled my case very well, and helped me with the difficult process. He also appeased my family members and myself during hard times. He is truly a great person on top of being a lawyer.
So why did I not give him five stars?
As soon as my sentencing was over, he disappeared. No follow up, just good luck and see you!
I was recently released from prison and had a few questions to ask him. No reply.
Some issues are left hanging that I wish I could alleviate with his help but with no reply from him, I am now looking for another lawyer. I am disappointed.
