I consulted with Ms. Senol on an employment matter last year. Larry's team helped me find a resolution to a wrongful termination case. Sometimes when seeking a skilled lawyer to resolve such matters, you must forgo having a compassionate and enjoyable experience. Not in the case with Larry. He was able to make me feel validated in my pursuit while playing hardball with my former employer. I never felt like he was negotiating with opposing counsel to my detriment. He always had my back. My partner and I were in a precarious position with a third partner who tried to steal our largest client. Although other transaction attorneys were involved, it was not until James Tanner, a true litigator, got involved that we received an injunction blocking the partner from breaking our bylaws. Mr. Tanner was not only professional, but got the defendant to blatantly admit to the judge that he was in breach of the by-laws through his superior skills in cross examination and in getting the truth revealed. I hired Ms. Mock to defend me in a debt collection lawsuit. I was unsure about having to pay a retainer because I never needed a lawyer before, but it was worth it. The credit card company's lawsuit against me was settled within 3 months and I don't have to declare bankruptcy now. It was a big relief to be able to ask my attorney questions and get answers quickly through the whole process.

My issue was a real-estate one, involving a not-so-amicable break-up and a co-owned house. I spoke with five different lawyers before selecting one for my case, and Mr. Belong was the only one that I had a gut reaction telling me to hire him. In our initial consultation conversation he listened to everything I had to say, clearly took in all the information and gave me his opinions on what kind of case I had and how he would proceed. It was a really stressful situation for me but I felt an immediate sense of relief after hiring Mr. Belong because I could tell he not only knows his stuff, he is also caring and compassionate (not a hint of arrogance or self-importance). Mr. Belong always took the time to hear me out and give me the best legal path forward. I could tell he wanted to get this done as quickly as possible with the best possible outcome for me – he was thorough yet efficient. Throughout the process he would discuss various approaches with me, listen to my thoughts on them, and would answer as many questions as I could throw at him. It felt like a collaborative effort…and when I was overwhelmed or truly didn’t have an opinion, I always trusted him to make the best choice for me. My mother and I went to Mr. Belong to help us with a dispute regarding a lien on my property and the refusal of my insurance company to take responsibility for their mistake in granting title without a thorough check for outstanding distresses on the property. Mr. Belong was the first attorney who listened to our problem, acknowledged our stress and anxiety and promptly began to help us find solutions. He appeared knowledgable of the applicable laws and ordinances as well as pragmatic in his actions. He was aware of our financial concerns and seemed like he genuinely wanted to help us. He took up our case the same day as our initial phone consultation on a Friday and the following Monday he was ready to begin sorting the situation out and researching the pertinent information. Of my dealings with lawyers in general, he seemed to be much more human and humane than I had experienced before and given the acute frustration I was going through, it made a big difference. The case was settled sideways through some unusual circumstances and Mr. Belong's services ended up being minimal, however, based on his demeanor and actions I would highly recommend him. I know I feel just a little bit better represented in the world should I ever need to be again and I am keeping his information at the ready just in case...

Lauren revile fee worked for my firm as an associate and co-counsel in employment discrimination cases. Coming from a background as an EEOC litigator, she has inside knowledge of how the agency works. If anyone can convince the EEOC to issue a finding in favor of an employee or convincing the agency to take government legal action against an employer guilty of violating employment discrimination laws, she's the "go to" attorney. Lauren is also gifted writer for court filed briefs, which can make all the difference in whether a case proceeds to trial. She is also,a talented analyst of evidence to determine its value in trial. When I first heard back from Roxanne\'s office, I had been told so many times that nothing could be done to help me against my boss who was sexually harassing me. So hearing that there was hope for me was a life line; no one was listening to me, and I was being swept under the rug. Roxanne was amazing. She understood exactly what I was going through, and was so supportive of me. It was so great to have Roxanne have my back, and fight for my rights and my protection when a boss and a system was against me. Her strength and encouragement empowered me to continue to stand for what was right. Working with Roxanne was the best decision I made, and I am so grateful she also agreed to work with me; she is amazing, and I would recommend her to anyone who needs an advocate. I am grateful everyday for all that she did! We settled before going to court, which was fine; I did want Calhoun County to know that then Sheriff Scott Anderson was sexually harassing me at work, using his position to manipulate my job with sexual harassment while they said they could do nothing for me. She accomplished that during mediation. All of Calhoun County also knows that now, and Scott Anderson is no longer Sheriff, and Calhoun County did pay restitution for 'not being able to help me'. Ross represented me, a federal employee who had worked for a financial regulatory agency. Five years after the original incident, an EEOC Judge issued a notice finding discrimination and found the Agency discriminated against me based on my disability in connection with its failure to accommodate me and constructive discharge during my probationary period. Ross Fishbein, worked tirelessly on the case for nearly three years and helped negotiate a settlement agreement with the agency for $425,000 to compensate me for back pay, expenses I incurred, and payment of full attorney fees. The settlement was just before the hearing on damages and was likely a better outcome than an EEOC-ordered reinstatement. Ross is professional, compassionate, and extremely well-informed. The EEOC judge commended him for his strong writing skills and hearing presentations. He met all deadlines and did an excellent job. He took the time to explain the different legal strategies, listened to me as a client, and provided advice, presented possible outcomes, all while leaving the decisions on the development and settlement in my hands. I hired Ross to represent me with my EEO case against the government and he did a great job. Ross is an intelligent, hard-working, honest attorney that always made himself available. During my case, Ross demonstrated that he was concerned about my work life and how things would affect me after the case was complete (besides just a payout) which meant a lot to me. At one point during the case, my Agency's attorney tried to make excuses for their behavior and poke holes in my case, which was pretty infuriating and disrespectful. Ross was professional and he successfully destroyed the other attorney with solid case law and I was proud to have him on my side. In conclusion, I would highly recommend hiring Ross Fishbein if you plan to take on the government. Expect a long upward and unfair fight. I know it can be difficult to know where to turn when you are wronged and you will feel alone. Ross won a settlement with my case and I know he will do his best for you too.

I only had an over-the-phone consultation with Edrik, but through that I was able to tell that he's an honest and capable lawyer. Whereas I suspect many lawyers may attempt to collect money from you as soon as possible, Edrik was forthcoming enough to give me sincere advice as to why I should or shouldn't hire a lawyer for my legal claim.
