Kevin was a very caring and honest attorney. He kept me mostly aware of how my case was going and where I was standing with my situation. He was concerned with my health situations. Kevin was easy to communicate with and he really wanted to know everything that was going on with my case. Any time I had a question I would call the office and he would get back with me at his earliest convience. I wish i got more of a settlement but I am satified with what I got. I would refer other people to him.

After a near 6 year fight trying to achieve a disability adjudication hearing, without success, I turned to Melissa. She was thorough in her initial intake, she maintained/endured constant communication and I do mean constant communications from myself to her office and responded every time. Not once did she ask me to please stop. I was appreciative of her understanding, compassion, desire to "get this one done".
While the outcome was not a slam dunk victory and fell well short of overall expectations, she still achieved a favorable decision from the judge. I would have appreciated the considerations that Melissa had provided me, from the adjudication process of the administration itself. The system is flawed. It needs repaired. Never the less Melissa receives the 3-C's award from me....... I have a personal journey to undergo from here. It won't be easy, but I am positive if I have any questions MY attorney will respond...

When I came to Melissa i was very discouraged having been denied my social security disability claim, after a LONG wait, coupled with having to leave my job that i loved and enjoyed. She was ALWAYS very easy to talk to and was kind and patient to read my long emails that at times contained many questions and a bit of frustration having to wait out this process. She ALWAYS got back to me in a timely manner and made me feel at ease and understood. If I were her boss i would definatly do whatevr i could to keep her and give her a big fat raise, i mean that, what she did for me meant the world to me its been a VERY VERY difficult time losing income and incurring medical bills. I consulted with Chad in late 2005 about disability benefits. He was bright, positive and very cordial. He sent me for additional doctor exams and other needed documentation. The firm absorbed the costs of exams and other documentation. We had a court date in three months and Chad advised me of court procedures and advised me how to address the court. Things had gone bad up to that point and been a lot of trouble for me. I really wish I had seen Chad sooner.

I hired Juliana to help me with my SAIF claim. I injured by back, and SAIF accepted a strain. I had a lot more problems than that, and she got my other conditions accepted. She and her staff worked tirelessly on my case, answered my questions, and explained how the system works to me. Thanks to their work, I got a good permanent disability award and I am being retrained. At the end, I could not believe they had done all that work and because of the law, not get paid. In spite of that, Juliana and her whole staff were kind and gracious and treated me with respect at all times. If I ever need a lawyer again, she's the first call I'm going to make.

I definitely recommend this attorney. She helped me acquire my DACA card last year. My experience was great, and I was always treated well and taken care of at each visit. The office has wonderful staff, and are very professional. The attorney always made sure I understood everything, and her assistant always answered my questions when I called in. Also, since I couldn't pay everything at once, they worked out a payment plan for me. I will definitely come to her again in the future.

After going around and around with Social Security for years during and after my cancer treatment, I was prepared to give up completely. I didn’t think I needed a lawyer as I had plenty of medical documentation but nothing seemed to make any headway. If your looking to read something bad your not going to get it here. Crysti Farra has specialized in SS Disability for years and thoroughly knows the ins and outs of it through both training and experience. I highly recommend her—it was worth paying her to handle my claim application.
I wasn't sure I would qualify for disability, and most people I spoke to told me to do it myself online and not pay a lawyer to file the claim, but when I had a question and had to call the 800#, it was a 5-hour wait. Fortunately another lawyer referred me to Ms. Farra. She spent a lot of time on the phone explaining things to me and answering my long list of questions. She filled out all the paperwork as I was unable to do it myself due to my disability, and she was patient and compassionate and pragmatic. My claim was approved and Crysti has continued to be there for me every time I have a question, and I've had lots of questions.
I really, really like her even though I've never met her in person. We have done everything by phone, email and US Mail.
I also called the regional bar association and did some research before contacting her. I found only positive reviews of her. Now I add my positive review.

I am so fortunate to have been recommended to Crysti Farra. I had been so anxious trying to literally figure out not only how I would get through all of my medical issues, but how I could possibly handle all of the paperwork and navigation required for the social security application process. Crysti was so knowledgable and organized about my options when we first spoke over the phone that I immediately felt put to ease. She offered to meet me at my apartment based on my limitations, and again was organized, but also so human and compassionate in a healthy professional way. When I was able to work, I always prided myself on taking good care of my clients and being detailed oriented, efficient, time sensitive, deadline driven, and proactive as well as making each client feel special as if they were my only client. I was fully present for my clients and that's what I found in Crysti. She walked me through the process, supported me along the way and was always available by phone or email (or there was a quick response). He had me well prepared, explained everything in ways I easily understood! During my hearing the Judge complimented him many times on the excellence and thoroughness of his work. I haven’t been approved or denied yet ! the professionalism and knowledge this law office has is beyond this world. They always call me back. They stayed on top of things.
