Gladys Del Fierro is the best attorney ever. She help us in a juvenile drug charge case. She ended up getting us deferred prosecution which is like a dismissal with minimal probation time. Previous lawyers, the DA, the probation officer all said this could not happen but our lawyer made it happen. Amazing. Just wish i had known about her sooner and my child would not have had to wait 3mths on house arrest. Everyone I spoke to talked about how difficult Judge Kelsey's court is and that my child had little hope. Our impression of the court was changed by our lawyer Gladys Del Fierro, With the proper attorney everything is possible. I sought out Packard Law Firm for representation since at least 2014. In the firm they have many nice and caring attorneys, legal aids and staff. However Michael Gross did what my last attorney did not, which was win my case! In meetings over the phone and in person he was always prepared and knowledgeable of my extensive medical history. I had faith in his capabilities because he showed true compassion for me, and for his career. He knew which one of my disabilities was the best to lead with, and throughout the hearing he was poised and articulate. For me it wasn’t just a hearing for social security, it was a fight for my life. He took my doctors notes, medical history and discussions of my pain and suffering to accurately convey to the judge the representation of my “quality of life”, or lack there of. Throughout the hearing it was evident that my faith was well placed in his hands. He thoroughly knew my medical background, was able to direct the judge to exactly where to look throughout the documentation of my exstensive medical history, as well as recite medical definitions & findings for my conditions. Mr.Gross did what others could not, and I’m forever grateful to him. To suffer for years and admit to the world you’re incapable of supporting yourself due to your medical conditions is a hard and embarrassing thing to do. He was very professional and talked me through all the steps in preparing for my hearing with the judge. Sat with me while I was talking with the judge and let me know how it was going. After the hearing, he briefed me on how I did and let me know that I was going to receive the benefits that I was asking for in the hearing. I received my full benefits. Then he set me up with another member of the Packard team to explain the process of receiving benefits and how Social Security works. He responded to my calls or email every time within a day and was very caring. I should have gone to them from the beginning. I would definitely go with the Packard Team again. Thank you Mike!!!

Jennie did a phenomenal job in representing me on a tricky speeding case. I was pulled over on the end of a downhill slope for going 90+/70 and headed for a reckless driving conviction which could have had serious consequences for me. Jennie understood what was at stake and from the beginning had very thorough explanations and always made my available options clear to me. She tried to make a plea bargain with the prosecutor who would not accept it, and so she suggested that we tried the case in front of the judge. She laid out the facts very clearly and built up the case to the judge in a terrific manner. In the end the judge agreed with her and decided to reduce my charges to a speeding ticket. Jennie is a life saver for my driving record in Virginia. If it wasn't for her, I may not have my license right now. Covington may be a pretty small town, but they still have strict and frequent patrolling by State Police and Local Enforcement, specifically on the Interstate for anyone that knows the area. Nonetheless, I was pinned for a 80/70 that was reduced from an 84/70 on the spot by a friendly and forgiving Officer. Jennie worked with the Commonwealth Attorney directly to allow me to take a driving safety course and avoid negative points on my record by reducing it from a speeding ticket to another type of infraction without damage to my record. She completely got me off this first time and then, flash forward close to 3 years later it happened again, only worse at 90/70, and I thought for sure I was done for considering the Officer did not cut me a break whatsoever. I thought to myself "My luck has finally run out" but she managed to get it dropped to a regular speeding ticket and avoided a misdemeanor on my record and other severe implications caused by a reckless driving ticket/borderline intent to kill ticket (Virginia does not mess around with Speeding).
In both instances, I did not even have to attend the court hearings (luckily so as I am not from that area and can't afford to miss work). PLEASE Do not hesitate to contact Jennie as she will work until you are satisfied and do everything in her power to limit traffic ticket complications. Thank you Jennie.

I chose Mike Lewis he down to earth and if I called five times a day. He would always call me back. If it wasn't for Mike Lewis helping me I would not have gotten my disability. Filing for Social Security Disability is a daunting and demoralizing task. The rules are complex and the process is complicated. Although we began the process without representation it soon became clear that we were in over our heads and lacked the information necessary to provide the proper documentation. And, of course, we were initially denied. I found the Law Offices of Russell & Hill online. Calling them and making an appointment was essentially a "leap of faith".
It was the best decision we ever made.
The best decision the law office made on our behalf was assigning our case to Jaclyn Gaddy. By the time we first met with Jaclyn (after she had received several years worth of medical records), she was not only familiar with the particulars of our medical records, she had a clear understanding of even the minutiae, those endless and seemingly small or insignificant incidents/issues that, taken together, meaningfully contribute to understanding the whole medical picture. She knew them and she understood their impacts.
Jaclyn walked us through the hearing process and provided excellent guidance with respect to issues that she believed the judge would focus upon (and which were, in fact, precisely the issues the judge focused upon). She was professional, prepared and always compassionate.

I was injured in a wreck several years ago. I wanted to settle the case for a few thousand dollars. My mother told me to talk with Ken Guin. He had successfully represented her in a Social Security case. I was still hurting from the wreck. Ken told me my job was to get well as possible and his job was to look out for my legal rights. Wonderful Professional man. Joel was there for me after my car accident. I contacted Attorney Levine for a consultation regarding a situation that I was rather embarrassed by the details of revealing due to the nature of what had transpired as I had not been free of guilt in this series of events.
However, just like a physician who has heard "everything", Attorney Levine cut to the chase and did not allow for any emotionally vulnerable pieces to affect the entirity of what I was realistically looking at and why his thoughts on the matter may be of assistance but would be far from easy to execute that which I was most concerned from coming to fruition.

Attorney Levine provided me and my son with a free consultation regarding my son’s “driving to endanger” case. Between a 10-minute phone conversation and an hour-long meeting in his office, he gave us immensely helpful and detailed information and recommendations to aid my son’s defense. I went to the firm where Ms. Webb works and I was very upset and stressed. I asked to see a lawyer and it ended up being Ms. Webb. I gave her all details of the situation I was in and She patiently listened to every word not once making me feel rushed. What I liked about Jacob was the briefing for my appeal hearing was detailed and had numourus Doctor notes. I also like the fact that he is very thorough when it comes to finding facts to prove why I should receive Ssdi. I did lose my case, yet I am confident that Jacob did his very best. I like that he wholeheartedly was supporting me all the way. I trust that he will do all he can to prove my case to the Appeal Council, in hope that they see something in my favor. The only thing I do not like is I am unable to understand reasons for denial. Jacob is patient when he explains things to me the best he can. I had some estate planning to take care of and wasn't sure how to go about it. Eric Miklasevics is an attorney in my neighborhood that was very easy to work with. I felt very comfortable asking questions and he was able to work with me in a style that made sense. I'm 40, so this stuff isn't exactly what I think about all the time. Eric brought up good questions when I was figuring out my Healthcare Directive.
What's great about Eric is that, while he's very knowledgable, he doesn't present himself in a way that is intimidating or stuffy. My perception would have been that this would be an uncomfortable process that would make me realize just how much stuff I didn't have. I'm not a rich person, so "estate planning" for me was about taking care of my partner and my dogs when I die. Pretty bare bones, but I didn't feel stupid for asking Eric to do it.
