To say Mr. Swerling saved my life is an understatement. I was accused of a very serious crime that I had not committed. I had never been arrested before and had never had need of an attorney so I had no idea who to call. My financial adviser told me if it were him he would call Jack Swerling so I did. It was the best decision I have ever made (after marrying my wife). When we first met I knew this was the man I wanted to fight my battle. He was very understanding and listened to me while I poured out my heart. We spent so much time together and he and his staff where so knowledgeable about all aspects of my case. He was ready for every curve ball the prosecutor tried to throw. He even knew of a change in a law that had just been revisited that the prosecutor was unaware of. He and his staff became part of my family. They cried with us and sat with us the entire time. They never let us get to down. I thank God for all of them (Ebony, Kellie, Alissa, Raia and of course Jack). My wife and I will be forever in their debt.

Nick did a fantastic job on my case he was a very dependable and always easily to get in touch with his knowledge of the law was incredible and I would suggest anyone in Richland County Columbia South Carolina to use them in a family court matter.

I enjoyed working with Nick. He was a straight forward and direct, he had empathy, listened very attentively to all my concerns and offered various ways to handle my divorce. I liked the strategies he suggested and he made it known he could be a shark or a nice guy, whatever the situation/ex's attitude called for.

Nick is an amazing attorney. He has handled my divorce and subsequent contempt of court proceedings against my former husband. Given that I live out of state, I relied exclusively on Nick to keep me informed and aware of these proceedings, which he did in an excellent manner. He is patient, compassionate, thoughtful, involved and most importantly for me, available. He successfully negotiated my settlement with little compromise on our behalf and has successfully and financially enforced the court order without me having to make additional trips to SC. I am extremely pleased with his professionalism and will hire only him if any future needs occur.
