Attorney is very helpful and I had a great experience with her. Very friendly.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. We hired a lawyer, who was an acquaintance, for our house closing, but he either left or was let go before our closing. That's fine, but we only found out through our mortgage broker who found out by accident that he was gone. Even after we found out, LawyerLisa never reached out to us as a current client to tell us we would be working with a different lawyer. It was never even mentioned in our regular discourse of business. If we hadn't pursued them on the matter, we would have shown up to closing not knowing they had switched our lawyers. They also failed to email our closing documents to all of the email addresses on our request form. Also, they told us they would fax our CD to city of Columbia water for our new service, but they never did. Therefore, our water was shut off. Then, when we called to ask them why they failed to fax it, like they offered to do and said they would, they denied that they ever offered and claimed that it isn't something they do. We basically got a big "sorry you're unhappy. Screw you." from them. Oh, and they also tried to throw our realtor under the bus for it. Avoid this practice at all costs. Details will fall through the cracks, they will hide or fail to inform you of important information, then deny that they had any responsibility. Go elsewhere to find a lawyer who has your best interests in mind, because LawyerLisa doesn't care a bit about your legal affairs.

I have used Lisa's office for all of my real estate closings over the past few years and it has been an absolute pleasure to do business with her. Lisa's office is always on top of everything and are very accommodating when last minute changes need to be made regarding real estate closings.

I use LawyerLisa for my real estate transactions and she also drafted my Will, Power of Attorney and Trust documents. Everything was done right and done quickly and I didn't get stuck with a "big law firm" sized bill, although her legal work product rivals all the "big fancy law firm" work I've seen. As a fellow attorney, I respect the amount of work that goes into a real estate closing or trust & estates work and I admire that Lisa can get the work done more quickly and for much less than others - and stay on top of the latest changes in the law, while still maintaining top-notch quality work. Lisa Hostetler, until this day and after our initial correspondence, has not returned my emails or responded, with an email, even after my many attempts at contacting her to see if she could assist me with my situation. If she could not assist me then she could simply just have told me that. I am currently stationed overseas and I spent my time and money staying up late hours trying to contact her from an international location. However, her staff personnel, which whom I had the pleasure of speaking to on several occasions, were really nice.
