I Want To Cry and Cry and Pray and Pray with Relief and Gratefulness. I truly believe it was God who guided me to hire Brooks, a retired policeman, now seasoned attorney. It is a frightening event when for the first time in over 50 years of life you find yourself facing a legal situation. He cut through my emotions, fears, and “What If’s”, with a knowledgeable and caring manner. Little did Brooks know that his One Time charged fee two years ago, “unless extraordinary situations would arise”, would become two years of defending me. I had a successful and final resolution Today! I also found out from the “Other Side” today, that Brooks truly was fighting behind the scenes the entire two years. I have some guilt that sometimes I doubted him because of my fear. Brooks stood by me and his original fee. He emailed me this afternoon a paid in full invoice, though he hasn’t seen a penny since my original fee two years ago. Thank you Attorney Brooks Davis! An old friend placed me in touch with Mr. Davis after a family member was charged with a DUI and they were not under the influence of alcohol, but had problems with their doctor prescribed medication.
