Brooks Davis was recommended by my family law attorney for a criminal matter. From my initial consultation with him, emails and phone calls between us to explain procedure and discuss strategy, I knew what to expect from him throughout the process. He handled my case with great advocacy to avoid a trial and any lengthy administrative or other legal consequences. He was passionate about my representation and his work. He was more than fair with his costs for his work and is well worth his fee. I highly recommend him.

From my first inquiry call to the last communication I had with Mr. Brooks Davis regarding my case, I have nothing but positive remarks. Brooks is no nonsense, no fluff, is straight to the point, and he came off as not messing around or playing games at any point of our dealings. Brooks was honest to me about my case and clearly laid out his strategy and approach to ultimately have the best chance of the most favorable outcome (dismissal). We hit some unexpected hurdles with the court system along the way, but Brooks handled these diligently. Brooks ultimately got my case dismissed, was priced very fair compared to others I researched, and I know I made the right choice for my situation. Expertly handled a traffic ticket for me by discussing it with the officer and having it dismissed. Polite and efficient. If I get another legal issue I know who to call. Update 9/17 I unfortunately got another traffic violation. Luckily I did know who to call. Again Brooks was awesome. Kept me up to date on the process, on my options and ultimately had the ticket thrown out. I can't recommend him more highly. Updated 7/20 So I got another one. Don't know what I'd do without Brooks. He navigated the whole process and had the ticked dismissed. There's no one else to use as an attorney in Charleston!

Great experience with Attorney J. Brooks Davis. He handled my ticket EXACTLY how we decided at our first conversation. His flexibility is ideal for those in territory positions and truckers. Everything was handled via phone and email, but a face to face meeting was always available. I would certainly avoid situations where traffic and driving council is needed, but I would recommend his services and expertise completely if the need does arise.

Mr. Davis handled my husband's speeding ticket amazingly! Even with lack of time to prepare for his court date. Out of all the lawyers I called, I had given up on leaving messages for them to return my call and he called me back anyways. He felt easy to relate to, and answered mine and my husband's many questions in "regular civilian" language. Choose this guy!
