As an attorney myself who needed assistance with a complex issue, Brooks was more than the perfect choice. Attorney Davis is an amazing individual and professional in the legal field. He’s extremely personable, and goes above and beyond to serve each and every client. My case was one that was extremely convicted, but Mr. Davis took it in stride and delivered an excellent result. I would give him 11/10 stars if I could, just the best of the best in this market.

If your new to town, just need a new lawyer, or just have never had need for a legal services look no further. I was suddenly in need of legal representation which I’d never needed before. I called at least ten different people and of all of them Mr. Brooks was the only one who immediately knew what to do. Another thing besides being extremely good at his job is he’s a straight shooter. If you use Mr. Brooks services wether good or bad he will tell you the whole truth. Price is very fair considering how high his skill level and experience is. Multiple people from very prominent positions notated him as being one of the best lawyers in Charleston and after seeing him in action I tend to agree. All in all I’m a real client who had a real problem and if I did not go with Mr. Brooks I do not believe the outcome would have gone the way it did. He truly helped me and was honest and fair in doing so. If I should ever need representation again he is the only call I will make.

When I was looking for someone (lawyer) it was about 11 or 12 at night. I found him on the internet and I am so glad I did. I can't remember the exact time, but I don't know if he was in his bed or if he was up. So this should tell you he works around the clock, for the people he represents. But when I sent that email, within the hour I got a email from him. So what I can say he is on point. He gets right back to you when you email him. He calls when he says he is going to call. He is over all one of, if not the best attorney that I have dealt with. I give his service a, A++. If you call him you will not be disappointed. He takes the weight off your shoulders and he carries that load for you.
