Speedy! Professional! Knowledgable! Highly recommended! This was our second closing in the last 9 months with Scott Umstead, his openers, and closers. Each of them go above and beyond every step of the way to ensure you are on track and protected. They have a well designed system in place to explain the process to the fullest extent. Last April we requested a 30 day closing and we closed in 29. This January we requested a 10 day and we closed in 9. They work hard to help you achieve your dreams and we truly appreciate it. We will be contacting their office for our next legal real estate needs.

Scott was very friendly, personable and professional. He and the entire office made us feel welcome and at home. He was thorough with helping us transition from out of state to beautiful South Carolina.
