This team works hard to make sure buying a home is a pleasurable experience, and I'm so fortunate to have worked with them! They are in constant communication with their clients, someone is always around to answer an email or the phone, and they share educational letters to make sure you're completely aware of what's required from day one to closing. I feel so fortunate to have this team by my side for my first home purchase, and I cannot thank them enough for making this such a positive experience!

Scott, has a great staff and he is excellent attorney. I have many attorneys work with me in my business career of over 40 years, he by far is one of the best I have had the pleasure to work with. He and his firm would be an excellent choice for your legal needs.

Mr. Umstead and his office staff made our transaction flow smoothly with zero issues when buying our home. On closing day, Mr. Umstead was very personable and friendly. I will be using Scott Umstead's office from now on. This office is very organized. They keep you up-to-date on the entire process. I was selling and buying. Everyone in this office is on top of there game. When it came time to do my closings. Scott Umstead broke down the entire process. He went into detail about every document we signed.
