Mr. Scott Umstead and his office deserve more than 5 stars. I am so glad I chose Mr. Umstead to handle my real estate case. Real estate is a foreign language for me. He made the process so easy and dumbed it all down to my level to make it easy for me to understand. He never hesitated to answer my questions. Mr. Umstead was referred to us by our realtor for our house closing. We couldn't be happier. The office staff made sure we were kept up to date on all the important paperwork. Although his staff was very personable and professional, Scott interacted with me from a place that is absent of ulterior motive and self interest. As someone who has recently purchased a home, he took the time to connect and impart all the advice he could muster.
