This is first time to use Scott law office service in SC. It was uncertain in the beginning, especially the transaction involved with cash. Scoot and team did wonderful job to make everything smooth with detailed instructions and guidance. His officer all ways picks up the phone to answer the questions and concerns. Scoot even sent us a personized video specific for me to welcome us! Can't find better real-estate law office than Umstead. His office will be my Real-estate office in SC going forward
