The Scott Umstead Law offices were a class act for the entire process of selling my real estate. From my first contact, the personnel were very courteous and very helpful in walking me through the entire process. Every question and concern was answered promptly and with detail.They made the closing go very quick and easy without any complications. Scott Umpstead was my Closing Attorney, from the moment I entered his office I knew I was in a good place. Scott and his staff was very courteous and Professional. WE did a re-fi on our mortgage and used Scott's firm again. The process clouldn't have been easier and his staff was spot-on with instructions and guidance all through the process. WE were in and out of the physical signing in a few minutes and had a really ejoyable time visiting with Scott. He's a funny dude!!! Recently, I moved to SC and chose Scott's office to handle my Real Estate closing. Though I've been through several closings in other states, SC laws were quite different. Alyssa did a great job of preparing me for my appointment. On the day of my closing, I found Scott to be very personable. Scott did a great job of explaining the documents to me during my closing. I really felt as though he had my best interest at heart. I never felt rushed to sign a document and felt as though I was his only priority at that time. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a Law Office in Myrtle Beach.

I must say this was the best experience I have ever had with an attorney. From the moment I walked in to the office, I felt at ease and most comfortable. They made this process so easy for me. They responded to all of my emails within minutes and answered all of my questions promptly. Everything about this entire process was just "right". What a great experience......Scott and his staff truly nailed it! Professional, super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Our questions and concerns were answered immediately. Such a unique, comfortable atmosphere....who doesn't want to eat their favorite childhood candy while scratching Joe's ears?lol. (Scott's dog). Just got our wallpaper in, Scott.
