This is our 2nd settlement with Scott in less than 2 years and it’s always a pleasure. His office is always on top of everything and in touch with us during the entire process. Scott is always informative and gives us helpful tips that come in so handy. We’ll be coming back hopefully soon when our current home sells.

Purchasing your "Forever Home" can be the most daunting and anxiety ridden moment of your life! However everything went so well with the help of Scott Olmstead,P.A. and his team that I was able to get thru the process with ease and assurance. Hopefully this is my final move but if I had to do it again Scott Ulmstead P.A. would be my go to Attorney. I'd like to thank them for making this transition as stressful as could ever be possible!

It was definitely a pleasure meeting with Scott and His Staff ! You and Your staff are all so wonderful and very welcoming and we both thank you and them for their professionalism and for the friendly personable feeling we experienced before and during the transaction . We even had a few laughs ! which is normally unheard of in the typical stereotype closing attorneys office. Scott and His folks make you feel comfortable and at ease.
