My husband and I cannot say enough about this firm, how professional and conscientious they are with their clients. They always took time with any concerns we might have. Atty Umstead did the closing for the sale of one condo, and the buy of our new condo. Besides being very thorough answering all our questions, he was very pleasant to talk to.

Scott Umstead is amazing. Closings are hard and you are so confused on what to do next but with Scott Umstead, you don't have to worry. He has everything on paper for you to go step by step to get everything done. Scott's whole staff was always there to help me and explain everything to me.
