The firm was absolutely a pleasure to work with. They made every effort to make the transaction go smoothly. Mr. Scott Umstead handled our settlement personally, he was extremely professional and thoroughly knowledgeable. He was extremely personable during our transaction and made sure we understood everything that was happening.
This was the second time we used the firm of Scott B. Umstead, P.A. and I would recommend them for any real estate issues you may face or any legal issues you have.
