Rachel and her Paralegal Khristina at Cate and Brough were wonderful and very knowledgeable. She assisted us with a custody case. It all turned out exactly how it was meant to. I would definitely recommend Rachel and her Law firm.

I called this law firm to see if they do pro Bono and the lady said they don't. But when I searched them up it says they provide Pro Bono representation. So if they don't do that kind of work why have it listed as one of their provided services. That's false advertising and information.

Rachel, Stephanie, Karina, and Joan did an outstanding job helping me negotiate changes to an existing separation and child custody agreement. They explained all my different options, provided great advice with regard to future considerations, and communicated with me every step of the way. Prior to the final hearing, Rachel made sure I knew exactly what to expect and what questions would be asked. Everyone at Cate & Brough were extremely helpful and supportive, and I highly recommend them.

Would not recommend. They asked for a retainer fee and told me it could cost more than my retainer fee or could be less. I had no idea we would end up paying thousands more. The more frustrating part was not knowing what I was paying for. I had to keep asking for invoices for proof and a lot of those just said “general”. Seemed like they just wanted my money and weren’t interested in actually helping. I ended up paying close to $7,000. I couldn’t even ask my lawyer a simple question because every email text or phone call was a charge. There was a lot of back and forth about money and quite a few times I had to remind them I already paid certain charges.

I was beyond pleased with the service I received from Attorney Rachel Brough at Cate & Brough Law Firm. Rachel represented me in my divorce case and was extremely helpful in walking me through the entire process. She never failed to respond every time I reached out to her with questions or concerns. She was knowledgeable, encouraging, supportive, and personable. Her Paralegal, Khristina Blackburn, was also very helpful and never failed to quickly respond to any of my emails. I had made a mistake and was looking at a decade plus in jail with no bail. After hiring Chris Brough, I was able to get a conditional release while awaiting trial after doing 27 days in jail. I was able to be on house arrest while waiting for my case. Mr. Brough was able to get a plea deal worked out with the prosecution once my case was on the docket. He is a great attorney. I was informed of my options throughout the entire process and I was kept informed of every and anything that was happening pertaining to my case. Hopefully you won't need an attorney, but if you make a bad mistake and find yourself needing legal counsel you can't do any better than Cate and Brough.
