The lawyers are like 100 years old and their business practices show it. They ask you questions in court and can't hear you. They should use their blood money to buy hearing aids for their ancient selves. They can't accept payments over the phone or online, and even their hold music sounds about 50 years old. It's like they got stuck in the 70s where debt collectors were vicious, and haven't gotten the memo from the 21st century that debt collection can actually be a civilized process where you ask nicely for money and people give it to you based on what they can afford. I've filed a complaint with the Attorney General, and so should you. Anyone giving them more than one stars on here must be clinically insane.

During this covid 19 been paying a weekly deal because it got there late on 4th week they decided take back court didnt let me know anything continued pay every week called to find balnce out this last week wouldnt tell me anything and sending it back thru court to get more money cause i guess they didnt have anyone else pay during lockdown but that ok i have reciets of payment and they cashed them plus infigure all this over 400 or less owed but when served i will appear in court show my reciets where they kept accepting them should maybe think about that since id say be awhile since they gonna be evictions higher loan debts and i have proof of days i bought money orders and sent in i sure hope they do. And also think im going ask judge of counter lawsuit against them and the debt for harrassment due to they continued to send me letters in mail after court and payments started

Contacted them immediately to make arrangements since I wanted to pay off my balance. They asked me how much I could pay and they accepted. After several months, they filed a lawsuit. A payment had been lost in the mail so they decided that was enough. It didn’t matter that I hadn’t realized it or that I wanted to fix it that day. Then, they claimed it was my payment amount that prompted the filing. It wasn’t enough to begin with, even though they asked me months ago what I could afford. I was repeatedly told I was the one unwilling to work with them because I wouldn’t meet ANY of their demands. I thought this was strange since I paid them monthly. Very wrong to take back what you agreed to at an earlier time.

They were supposed to help me with a fraudulent timeshare case NEVER HEARD FROM THEM EVER!!!

Everyone in there is usually friendly except one individual (the blonde). Definitely needs to work on her customer service

I sustained a sever neck and spinal cord injury in 2017. These people, are viscous and do not care , what condition or circumstances someone's is in. They will take your pay, clean out checking about. I know a $1900 loan and the pay back at even 30% interest rate (interest bearing and compound interest) does not equal triple the amount that you borrow. Do not hire this company for help at all, their fees, additional charges are higher then a loan shark.

These people I'm telling you.. I dont know how they go to bed at night.. I know its their job to collect debts, but garnishing 60% of take home from a single father of 3 is assnine.. It doesnt have to be that much!

This place is a joke. The woman that "helped" me at the counter was nasty and rude. She also didn't do what I drove 40 miles to ask them to do. I can't imagine what the attorneys are like. But if they are anything like their staff I wouldn't hire them for anything.

The most unprofessional people we have ever dealt with in my life!! I don't know how anyone could have a conscious and be able to work there for no amount of money! I get it your trying to collect money but the way it is handled is completely wrong and rude! The rudest people alive!! Unbelievable that people can treat someone the way they do and get away with it!
