Only because I had to give one star, I'm a disabled Veteran my wife and I are both retired, due to my illness my wife went back to work to help with my meds and such, this lady that answer the phone is ugly and so unprofessional and God hates ugly, she talked down to my wife and lied about our whole case, couldnt tell us what our number was but called us for three years lol words cant Express my feelings towards this lady or this staff but we will be going to court.

These people are in it for money!! I set up a payment plan and because my payment (which they told me to mail) arrived late they garnish my pay??!! And they wont put that money toward what I owe or return it!!! F these people!!!!

Such a shady practice & their actions show they care more for money than they do people or anything else.
My doctor overcharged me & never told me about it & never sent one statement or bill... I eventually get a letter from Mayfield & Lester saying I'm up for immediate collection or they will take legal action (for being overcharged by my doctor). The letter they sent didn't even have the right information or amount & the kicker is they added 50% service fee for sending me the letter. What a joke, I would not recommend this practice.

They are very rude and hateful!!!! I set up a payment plan with them and they garnished me check 2100$ after that in one month ! Told me they garnished me because after I made the payment play they decided it wasn’t enough!!!!! Rude mf!!! They will get what they deserve one day from someone that’s crazy!!!!!
