I did not get a referral from anyone who had been to Kelly Jackson Smith. I just did internet search and contacted the office and from the beginning of my phone conversation with front desk personnel I made my decision that this was the right choice. From my first call to the last visit I was able to get my needs meet in a timely manner and the staff were very friendly and explained the cost and procedures up front so I was not surprised. I would highly recommend Kelly Jackson Smith to anyone needing a professional office to deal with.

Absolutely terrible. Rude admin assistant, Alex, claiming to be a paralegal when she’s not. She asked inappropriate questions and gave her unprompted opinions of my personal life. Kelly didn’t explain my side of my case to the judge. I could’ve gotten the same results without paying $2,500. Don’t waste your money.

I have never met an attorney so willing to help. Kelly is the best and I would recommend anyone to her. So helpfull and professional. She helped me with so much and there is no way I could ever repay her for what she has done for me.

I just spent over a year working with Mrs. Smith and FINALLY my case has concluded (covid year really didn’t make for anything that resembled a speedy process, if such a thing exists). Kelly was great. She shows up big. When I saw her in action I was often surprised at the smallest of specific details of my case that she could recall. It’s a grueling process but you feel like she is living it with you, and that is exactly what you need to survive a family court case. Nobody likes to pay an attorney but if you’ve got to do it then get your money’s worth and hire Kelly. If I had it to do over I wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again. Thanks so much Kelly. YOU ARE SO APPRECIATED!

I would not recommend this law practice! Don't waste your money! This law practice will constantly send emails and make pointless phone calls from the extremely rude secretary/parallegal and you will be charged for them not doing what you originally asked them to do. They make pointless reasons to continue to file unnecessary paperwork and you will soon see it is all about the money. Save yourself the time and money and get a lawyer that will charge you a fee to get done what needs to be done and doesn't drag things out to simply run up a bill.

Kelly was great and made the divorce process as easy and painless as possible. She was very straight forward in what to expect and didn't sugar coat anything. The fee was reasonable and I always got a return call or email same day. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone seeking a divorce.
