agreed upon a certain retainer amount upfront for services, services were not complete and demanded more money than agreed upon to be paid in 10 days or said he would withdraw from my case

did not fufill obligations of upfront retainer, submitted a bill for thousands more and told me if i didnt pay within 10 days he would withdraw from my case

Mr. Vasek did not do his job with my son who was arrested for aggravated assault. Vasek convinced my son to take a plea deal which he got no lesser sentence or to serve sentence concurrently. Took his money of $13,000 and had him to pay $40,000 in restitution. He will not work in favor for you but for the prosecution. If he is a great or good lawyer I could not say that and tell the truth. He should face charges in my son's case.

I hired Donnavon Vasek to represent me against the TWRA for an accusation of hunting on private property without written permission. He told me he could keep me from losing my hunting license and I would just have to pay court costs. He charged me 1,500.00. I told him that the game warden that cited me was arrogant and overbearing and abused the authority of his position. He agreed with me that the TWRA is very arrogant, and he said he fought them every day in court. When we got in the courtroom Donnavon Vasek went to the game warden, Hunter Daniels and they were both talking and laughing as if they were friends. Donnavon Vasek came back to me and told me I was going to lose my lhunting license for a year as well as lose my rifle that the game warden took. He lied to me, took my money and didn't even try to fight for me. I told him I could have done better by myself and saved myself 1,500.00. I filed a formal complaint against attorney Donnavon Vasek for misrepresentation and ethics violation with the Board of Professional Responsibility. Donnavon Vasek has responded to my complaint against him and has fabricated lies to protect himself and absolve him of wrongdoing, as well as slander me. I have found attorney Donnavon Vasek to be a habitual liar that absolutely cannot be trusted. JOE HESTER

10/10 would recommend again. I was charged with reckless driving, window tint violation, and speed 100 in a 70. The officer never clocked me on radar and the officer never paced me. The officer over charged me for no reason as I was respectful and I even allowed him to search my vehicle after an hour long traffic stop the officer still gave me all those tickets when I never once drove crazy or anything. They were able to get all my charges dropped and I had to complete a 4 hour driving course within 30 days. Very respectful, honest and treated me fairly. I will be using them for any future hiccups that we all hope never come.
