April of this year, I lost my aunt to cancer. My uncle, a widower, was beyond lost and overwhelmed with the estate and insurance issues. I recommend him to hire an attorney to help smooth things over. He was scared of being scammed and money taken. I was quick to refer him to Donnavon. With in a couple days of setting up an appointment, my uncle already felt such a relief and a weight off of shoulders. The last couple months this team has gone above and beyond to help my uncle in many hurdles with the closing of the estate and life insurance issues. As the finish line is nearing, my uncle says it was the best decision he made based off my recommendation. These people care for their clients with compassion like their own family. My wife and I moved to Tennessee a few years ago and need to have our estate documents created and/or updated. I asked two different accountants who they would recommend and they both recommended Mr. Robbins. My wife needed new estate documents so we met Michael (Josh) Robbins, the initial meeting went well, and my wife and I both liked him and his approach. After thorough questioning of what my wife wanted and what her intentions were he made a few suggestions that we liked and he created estate documents for my wife. We then went on to update my documents to bring them in line with the laws of Tennessee. We are both very pleased with the whole process, they walk you through the whole process and I need felt rushed or felt hurried when I asked questions (I usually have a lot of questions). We also were impressed with Amy, his legal assistant, she to is very knowledgeable and helpful. Needless to say, we are very happy with Josh, he is a very nice and knowledgeable man.
