I think Donnavan Vasek maybe a good attorney or the definition of a good attorney. My son Patrick Murphy was taking his case to trial and the dates rolled around but all Atty Vasek was about pleading guilty Something change apparently something in discovery at the last moment. It costed him $40,000 and $13,000 to him. No pleading down or trial. I know Donnavan will despute my facts, but they all are true. But he will have different facts. Also when you see your attorney sitting with the prosecutor before the hearing then you surmise he has given up on you. But Patrick also got 3 years consecutive. So a thinking person would ask, what did you get for his representation. I could not in good faith recommend him. Nor could I say he would represent you fairly in a made up Conservatorship hearing. Yes he was appointed as an attorney with his other attorneys to rip Patrick off in this phoney conservator case. Mr. Vasek received thousands of dollars for this. This incident costed another $ 5,000 dollars to disolve this procedure. Moral of it all is there is a fool born every minute. Now dispute my words. Zero stars for you. A lot of money paid out by a mentally ill person. Enjoy it.
