I feel sorry for anyone who unfortunately has to deal with this company or hires them. You can call and call and have about 1/10 chance of speaking with someone that can actually help you. Voicemails are never returned. There is no contact from their end whatsoever. No phone calls, letters, nothing. Even when they have all of your current information. With absolutely zero notice they will have a levy placed on your personal accounts though. However, reading reviews from years past can show this is just normal practice. Seeing the office in person, it makes sense. A disgusting place with disgusting ethics.

Completely unethical. If you're going to run a professional business why not hire a receptionist that will actually answer the phone and send out statements. NEVER answers phone. I will be reporting to any and every agency possible and hope for some action to be taken because there is obviously the same problem based on these reviews. Would love to get this to the media to investigate as well.

The most unethical law firm I have ever dealt with, and in my line of work I have dealt with so many. I owed collections I was not aware about due to a divorce and this law firm was assigned. Their unprofessionalism was so bad I filed a official report with the TN board of responsibility for M Wesley Hall, however I didn’t follow through as I just paid the full fee and washed my hands of the situation, and didn’t send the required documentation to the board because I legally owed it, although I have all the proof and will be happy to share how they re-started a garnishment without consulting me (which I was never aware of until the first garnishment), and still cashing the checks I sent. I have never in my life dealt with such an unprofessional team, and in my line of work the attorneys I work with are more disorganized then my own team. If the counsel for this firm sees this reviews tell your employees (case managers) to treat people a little better, I understand your in the business of collecting debts and you have protocols, but your employees behavior is unprofessional, immoral, and un-ethical in every sense of the term, and I would not go far as to say illegal….. but I find it very hard to believe the case manager made a “clerical error” in my file after I actually reported the chief partner to the board of responsibility. They work out of a rundown office in Madison, and just everything about this law firm just furthers the stereotypes of dead beat attorneys.

If you have to come in contact with them you might as well sell your soul.
