If there was a rating of minus -5 thats what I would give this company. Couldn’t get any real assistance on the because of how rude the person(s) were. So I drove 30 mins to try and speak personally w/someone..What a waste of time and gas..The horrible stench (bad & odor) of the little room, I had to open door while I waited for someone to speak with me thru 5 inch glass. That person was no help, wouldn’t even look at my receipts of the payments I made. He just we don’t have them and nothing I can do. I’m going to file for bankruptcy just to not give those (blank, blank) another cent of my hard earned money.

1 star is to high for these disgusting horrible law firm and something needs to be done I went to court and unfortunately they was who I had to talk to they told me and I quote they charge me a1000 extra just cause the law say they can I paid that then out of nowhere 2weeks later they are now trying to garnish my check for something that happen 5 years ago they offered not payment arrangement or anything something has to be done they are some crooks with the law to back up and just go alone with this nonsense so we will see if the law work both ways when I take them to court… TN is the worst place to stay and this firm is a prime example of why

1 late pymt. by 3 weeks & they cleaned out my account of less than $300 leaving me without money for gas, food or other bills. Had to borrow money for gas to get to my job. No call to find out why pymt was late. Late Pymt + next pymt was being mailed the same week if they had been patient! Left 4 messages before Todd called back. Single mom w/special needs child who lost job during COVID. No compassion!

They put a fake garnishment on my check and I'm prove it..never the court said I owe them anything. It's said if I move out by a Sept 21 at 12 no judgement shall hold against me. Some how I did and been homeless ever since and I still got a judgement against me. Some ain't right. I'm not pay for something I didn't do. They will pay my money back plus more if I gotta do it myself.

Every landlord should use Hall & Associates.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. It's one thing to owe a debt, which I made a mistake 7 YEARS ago and I'm finally having to own up and pay for it, and that's OK. What's not okay is how these people operate. I called for almost 2 weeks, some days I'd call 5 or 6 times a day at various hours, voice-mails left as well. When I finally do get in touch with someone it's a wonderful human being named TODD. (From reading previous reviews this dude has been employed for several years) This dude when I told him I couldn't afford the amount he was saying he hung up on me. I called directly back and asked for him by name and he ignores the call. I call back for the 3rd time in a row and ask to speak to someone else. They transfer me to Peter....the total opposite of Todd. Peter was nothing but polite and treated me like I was an actual human being. The office building looks so run down and nasty. They had a 90's style couch and a fold out chair that had the pattern of great grandma's quilt on it. With the shape of everything and now looking at the reviews I'm shocked this place has been in business for quite some time. I will be reporting this business to anyone I can and I will be reporting them to the BBB. it's one thing to owe a debt but everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity and this place is not it. Unfortunately I just started my payment plan so I hope it doesn't get any worse. If it does I'll write another review. Wish me luck...only 20 more months to go 😒

When I owed them money they called a thousand time and even returned my calls.. but when I paid them off. I couldn’t get a call back when requesting my paid in full letter. I left 3messages with my email and phone number. Been bout 2weeks still no response. Guess that’s how people do when it’s all about money! After looking at all the reviews they have ALL ONE STARS ⭐️ !! Like I thought it was jus me SMH
