DEBT COLLECTORS who will lie to you about what you owe, only for them to send a different rep to court that adds additional money to what you already struggling to pay. And for all the money you pay them, they all dress like they run a meth lab in the back. Unprofessional and rude. The building also looks sketchy as well. Don't bother calling. They will not answer, and all of the information they give you will be contradictory to the last call, IF you can get someone on the phone. Get everyone's name that you talk to, and make sure you rotate, and have them rotate what is owed. That way they can't get to court and add random money that you DONT OWE THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE BECAUSE THEY ARE NOTHING MORE THAN A DEBT COLLECTOR. I doubt anyone in there passed a high school reading level.

Nobody to represent the little guy today

They steal money from disabled people's cash apps without any legal judgment and they will put it on your credit that you owe the money when you don't when you have proof of a court order that zero money is owed. These guys are the worst of the worst! Totally crooked!

Everyone is RUDE except the lady that answers the phone to direct you. After she directs you the other people NEVER answer the phone. After calling since February I finally got to speak to someone and she wasn’t very helpful just rude and wasn’t trying to work with me and explain things fully. She said that they don’t communicate with customers at all so how do any of this really works ? If you want my money you need to communicate!

They are the best landlord-tenant law office in TN. The negative reviews are obviously from people that have had action filed against them and are just not happy. This law firm is very responsible and professional. They know what they are doing and what needs to be done, the correct way.

They’ve been pretty good to me as far as debt collection goes, which is never very fun. When there was bad weather they allowed me to still bring my payment in after the due date. I appreciate the professionalism and the timely manner in which they go through the process. In and out.
