I am required to associate with these people, but there is a man there whom I will leave unnamed, but he is the absolute worst. Rude, has no concern that you are doing your best. Out right just a very hateful human being.

I would have to say that I was not happy with this business. They were representing Republic Finance and a judgement was taken out on me. I set up a payment plan to avoid having my wages garnished. I missed the dead line for one month (corona virus situation) but now they have sent in a garnishment affidavit to my job and are requesting payment in full. Like if I had that type of money laying around I definitely would have paid this account off a lot sooner. No compassion for anyone... And Please NEVER borrow money from Republic Finance--They will not work with you when you are struggling.

Horrible! Rude, racist staff. I question if some of the staff are even in a sober state of mind. No one answers the phone, they don’t call back, you can never reach an attorney, no ones knows anything, just terrible. I wish I could give them zero stars. A group of crooks and thieves. I hope their business TANKS ASAP.

I have practiced opposite Mr. Canady in many cases. I have always found him to be very professional and easy to work with.

If I could give less than a star I would. This complaint is in no way related to the legal matter that I dealt with, but how this office handled it. This office is completely unprofessional and extremely understaffed. I have called this office a total of 5 times and left voicemails each time. The only time I got a response was when I had my leasing office call them. I was given a deadline to pay my fees before court costs were applied. I called the day of the deadline to pay my fees, not once but three times. Each time I called I stated I was attempting to pay my fees. I was sent to a voicemail every time to which I left a message saying that I was trying to pay. Todd is extremely rude and unprofessional. Out of 5 voicemails I left he only responded to one. I went to the office the day of court to pay the amount I was told I could pay before the court fees. I was rudely greeted, none of my questions were answered, and Todd rudely walked away with an attitude telling me they no longer have the file and to go to court. When I inquired about why my calls were not returned so that I could pay he said that wasn't his problem, they were busy and I should have shown up at the office. Not only was it a work day (Friday), they closed at 3 pm, and I was working from home due to a personal issue. Never once was it relayed that they were so busy that someone needed to come to the office, as arrangements could have been made. This was the worst experience that I have ever had with a law office and I will be reporting their unprofessionalism to my leasing office so that hopefully they can lose a client.

Clean Quit

This office is rude and illegal...... I went in to settle a debt that I didn’t know I had for an apartment complex from 9 years ago.... I only found out about this debt when they started to garnish $300 out of my paycheck.... I was never served or notified that this was taking place..... when I went in they discussed all of my personal information out in the front with other people present telling me that there was no place to speak in private and they also could not access some old system to find proof of me ever being served or in court.... I will be hiring a lawyer for this..... wish I could give them negative stars😡
