I have formed an opinion about this law office given my experiences in having to work with them and I am willing to leave a review, based off of facts, that gives my honest opinion based solely on my business interactions with this firm. It is my unbiased opinion that this law firm facilitated in a manner which presented them to be crooked and malicious. My perception of this business, based off of personal interaction is that this business has preformed in a questionable and distasteful way in order to receive payment from someone who had already passed away. This business was unwilling to cooperate with family even when family tried to pay the debt for the deceased. Ended up having to pay for our own attorney to handle this because the staff at Hall & Associates would not speak to anyone but the member that had already passed away.

Absolutely everyone I work with in this attorney's office is fantastic.

Got me doing other people time I was young and believed he had my best interest in a time of need he sold me out to the da ofc Ralph Fernandez but lance drugs on me and did other stuff putting guns on me and terry ran with whatever going I took a 12 pen time cause he didn’t want to fight for me I got to live with that not terry or any lawyer ur hiring

I received a letter from my neighbor who mistakenly got my mail. Once this was brought to my attention, I called to pay. It took me calling three times to speak with somebody after I left messages. When I talked to Kelly L. Atwell, she was one of the rudest people I’ve ever talked to. She yelled at me for saying Grasser when the word was Gasser. I asked to speak with a superior or even someone else that can take payment. She then told me to mail a check and that she was in charge. Alternatively, she told me we could go to trial. To avoid going back and forth with this person who didn’t seem reasonable, I opted to pay the bill and for her to transfer me back to the receptionist. I again asked to speak to their boss, Wesley Hall, and I was transferred back to Kelly. If you can, avoid these people at all cost. I didn’t mind paying the bill, but the way I was treated is unacceptable.

I went to speak with someone regarding a case I was trying to resolve with a debtor. The gentleman who spoke with me, Todd was one of the coldest people I’ve ever encountered. I know that this law firm is working to collect outstanding debts on behalf of their clients, but to be so rude is unacceptable. I felt judged, belittled and disgraced by the time I left. Todd is the right man for the job, I bet he sleeps well at night knowing that he has killed the spirits of others. However, Nathan was very professional and courteous in court.
